About Fordham Consulting, LLC

Pete Fordham, founder and president, has over 25 years of experience working in multiple consulting roles. He has managed strategic planning, market research, data analytics, modeling & simulation, and a wide range of other types of projects for large and small corporations across industries. Pete has a solid understanding of both leadership and business cross functional requirements. Through successful implementation of business process improvement efforts, he has helped companies generate significant cost savings and increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to founding Fordham Consulting, he was a Principal at Norbridge, Inc. and a Senior Associate at Mercer Management Consulting where he conducted numerous assignments in the energy, transportation, mining and other industries. He was also Manager of Planning for the Coal Marketing Department at Conrail, and a corporate planner for Standard Oil Company.

Pete has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with focus in finance and corporate planning. He also has an A.B. degree from Harvard College with focus in government and economics. He is the co-founder of the International Industry Summit on Mining Performance, an annual conference focused on process improvement in the mining industry.
